We invite you to our MODERN apartment of 74 m2, located on the 6th floor of Sea Towers – with a view of the center of Gdynia.
It is an apartment with a large 18-meter terrace, which allows you to enjoy the sun and panoramic view of the vibrant city.
Location of the apartment from the south side of building makes it perfectly sunny.
MODERN is a luxuriously furnished apartment. There is a parking space in garage.
This apartment consists of a living room with spacious kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, wardrobe and laundry. Bathroom is equipped with a double, spacious glass cabin, toilet and bidet.
The apartment is designed for 4-5 people. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and the other one has a comfortable double sofa bed. For the fifth person we offer a fold-out extra bed.
The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, bath and beach towels, as well as basic personal hygiene products such as toothpaste, shampoo, bath lotion, shaving foam and hair dryer. In the kitchen you will find tea, coffee and sugar.

Description

The building has 24h security, integrated security system, seven elevators for smooth movement between floors. There is a banquet hall with panoramic terrace for residents’ disposal and children’s playroom.
The building is located in the centre of Gdynia by the Square of Kościuszko and the President’s wharf, 16 m from the shoreline. Numerous attractions and facilities for residents are in the surroundings.
