About Sea Towers

Sea Towers is a multi-storey apartment building with an office and service area, located at the President’s Pier in Gdynia. The unique location of this building, several meters from the Gdańsk Bay, in the city centre, will allow the residents to enjoy proximity of the sea and enjoy attractions offered by Gdynia at the same time. The prestigious building will significantly exceed the city’s development, which guarantees future residents a unique view of the Gdańsk Bay and the entire Hel Peninsula. The Sea Towers project was developed by well-known Viennese architectural studio Andrzej Kapuścik.

Luxury apartment building Sea Towers consists of two connected towers with a height of 28 and 36 storeys. On the top floor of the higher tower, which height along with the antenna mast is 141.6 meters, there is a viewing terrace for residents. Thanks to open, glazed spaces and attention to detail, the architecture of Sea Towers creates an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Efficient communication between the floors will be ensured by seven quiet high-speed elevators, descending to the garage level.
